- 1. Once you have completed the booking form, you can make payment to guarantee the reservation.
Please click on “MAKE PAYMENT “Button , fill your credit card details andpress submit.
**Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you the voucher(s) within 2 hours **
- 2. The extra charge for transfer may be applied for some hotels, we will inform you via email, otherwise please read the tour conditions carefully before complete the booking form.
- 3. If the requested tour is cancelled due the weather, you can get 100 % refund back to your credit card. Please view refund policy at: https://www.rateepetra.com/privacy-policy/
- 4. Your payment will be secured protection by a validated Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), certificates capable of 128-bit encryption where you can safely enter your credit card details in an encrypted environment. We value your privacy and will not share your personal information.

- 6. Your statement will be shown the tranaction as “Omise.com” as it is our payment gateway company.
We do not charge for bookings that has not been confirmed. You will be change once the booking confirmed. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation once you have done the payment. Kindly find details below. If you cancel:
* Cancellations more than 8 days of the trip, no charge
* Cancellations within 7 days of the trip, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
* Cancellations within 3 days of the trip, 80% of the total cost will be charged.
* In the case of sickness we will try to move you to an alternative date, but the cancellation policy still stands.
* If we cancel the trips due to bad weather then you will not be charged. If a deposit has been taken, the money will be refunded.
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, the refund processing fee 300 Baht per booking. it could take from 1-2 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.
How do I book?
Once you have decided to book the tour, kindly proceed with a booking by click on the “BOOK NOW” button . Once the booking is completely submitted, make secure online payment and we will send you the confirmation voucher within 2 hours.
Is my booking is available?
Once the booking is submitted, we will process your reservation immediately. In most cased all booking are available and confirmed. Otherwise indicated in the email.

What if I don’t hear from you after I have made the booking request?
We resond to all booking requests immediately inmost cases.

How can I tell if you are a reputable company?

You can add special request on the booking form. We will do our best to success your request.
Are there any additional charges or hidden costs?
No there are no hidden costs.

I do not like giving my credit card details online
To assure that your credit card is safely submitted, we use Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL), and public-key security. During transmission of your credit card details, the encryption software will transfer your information from your browser to our server in an encrypted form that eliminates any possibility of the information being intercepted en route over the internet. What if I do not have a credit card?
We are also able to collect cash from you once you are arrving in Huahin. Please contact us by email
Are there any specials?
All current specials are shown at the time of quoting. For all specials please refer to our specials website. Otherwise we will advise via email.
What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?
Customer can cancel booking made, please just simple contact us via email or call us at: +66 63 27 27 000 , The refund/fee will be advised via email.
